Howard M. Campbell, age 85, of Kennett Square died Saturday, February 21, 2026, from complications of pneumonia. Born to Forrest and Esther (Williams) Campbell, he was the second of their nine children.
A lifelong resident of the Kennett Square area, he served in the Navy and the reserves for six years. Howard was an architectural hardware consultant for 40 plus years.
Howard met and married Katherine (Kitty) née Videtich. They were together for 61 years raising two sons, David (Kathy) and Stephen. He is also survived by his 2 grandsons, Nicholas and Ethan Campbell; his two brothers, Forrest and Walter; a sister, Mary Osborne; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Howard was a big Phillies and Eagles fan and a Flyers season ticketholder for over 50 years. Other interests include daily crossword puzzles, backyard birdwatching, baking outstanding chocolate chip cookies, and playing bingo at the VFW with family and friends.
You are invited to visit with Howard's family and friends on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, from 10:00AM to 11:00AM at Kuzo Funeral Home, 250 W. State Street, Kennett Square, PA 19348. Services will begin at 11:00AM and interment will follow at Union Hill Cemetery.
